History

One Stop Super Cleaners first started in the 70's in Bayamón as "One Hour Super Cleaner", it was owned by the same family until 1999, when the Díaz-González family took over. In 2009 it changed its name to One Stop Super Cleaners with the intention to offer our customers an all-in-one garment-home fabric-alteration-embroidery-shoe repair experience for our customers.

Professional Garment Care Process

  1. First Inspection
    • When your garment arrives, it is thoroughly inspected to determine the best course of action to ensure the preservation of your garment.
  2. Stain Removal
    • This where the magic happens: we carefully treat stains through the determined cleaning process.
  3. Cleaning
    • Your garment undergoes a wet or dry-cleaning process.
  4. Second Inspection
    • Before your garment undergoes the machine press finish or hand finish, it will be inspected to ensure a successful stain removal and cleaning process.
  5. Machine Press Finish | Hand Finish
    • Your garment is professionally pressed.
  6. Third Inspection
    • Before your garment is ready for packaging, a final inspection is done by our highly trained staff. This ensures that your garment was correctly pressed and that any cosmetic features have been addressed.
  7. Packaging
    • Choose your packaging:
      1. Metal hangers with your clothing secured in garment bags
      2. If requested, we will fold and place your clothes in open top shirt bags.
